Own your own Manufactured Home, Tiny-House or Trailer? Come join us for as low as $500 Space-Rent. We accept the housing choice voucher program. Don’t have your own dwelling, purchase one from us directly with our lease to own program for $750 a month!

Cool off in the summer with any one of our three swimming pools. We also have a large clubhouse, equipped with a fireplace, large screen TV, comfortable seating, bar and pool table. Come see the resident farm animals and take a walk on our trails around the ranch, we are pet friendly (40 lb. maximum weight limit)! Walk across the road and take advantage of our dog park. Have children? Around the back of enjoy our spacious playground.

Visit our general store that has all your basic necessities, that is open everyday. The ranch is handicap accessible and ramps can be built-in when necessary. Busses are available into Julian and other surrounding towns, once a week. There is also a school bus pick-up into Julian.

We provide 30 amp service and dump station on site. However, the nearest gas station is 30 miles away. Make sure you arrive on a full tank!

A historic western town from the gold rush of the 1870’s. It is just 30 minutes from Butterfield, with frequent and convenient bus lines. Don’t forget to try some of their famous apple pie! It also has quality schools and family activities. They also have a great school system, offering K-12. The bus stop picks up right in front of the ranch.

San Diego

Known for its beaches and perfect climate, San Diego is home to: Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, the Safari Park, La Jolla, Seaport Village and the USS Midway. San Diego also offers many free activities, including parks and hikes.

The calendar is packed each year. Starting with San Diego Restaurant Week in January, the year continues on with San Diego Theatre Week, the Carlsbad Marathon, Comic Con International, The Big Bay Boom, Kaboo, La Jolla Concours D’Elegance, and Museum Month.

It is only 1.5 hours away from us! Take a day trip to the beaches.

Named after the Spanish explorer Juan Bautista de Anza, it is the largest state park in California. It is known for its rugged landscape that has been formed by years of erosion and uplifted mountains. This is located right in our backyard!

Get adventurous with over 80,000 acres of open desert to ride motocross bikes, ATV’s, sandrails and buggies. A great way to spend the weekend! It is less than half an hour away!

Blair Valley takes you on a tour of Native American history when you hike, with an array of pictographs and old ruins. Also, enjoy stunning floral and fauna, such as the Creosote Bush and Golden Eagles, to name a few. It is located between Granite Mountain and Whale Peak, at County Road S2.

Made up of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Indio to name a few, Coachella Valley is full of cities that offer spas and resorts for a relaxing weekend getaway. However, the outdoors are marked with various hikes including the Coachella Valley Preserve, The Andreas Canyon, and the Bump and Grind Trail all of which offer dazzling views of the valley. For those who appreciate the arts, the valley is comprised of a number of museums such as the Architecture & Design Center as well as the Palm Springs Art Museum.

Best known for its annual world famous music festival, “Coachella”, the valley also offers yearly Traveling with Francoise, The Desert Classic, The Desert Town Hall, Garden Jam Music Festival, and offers the largest Escape Room in Southern California year round.

It is only about an hour away from us!
